2020 VIRTUAL SPEED LEASING
Tampa Hllsborough Homeless Initiative is calling all landlords with vacant units to join our Virtual Speed Leasing Events.
Speed Leasing is a formalized math-making proccess which encourages landlords to rent to future residents. The goal of Speed Leasing is to improve social distancing in shelters and provide our most vulnerable population access to affordable housing.
