2025 UNIVERSAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Tampa Hillsborough Homeless Initiative (THHI) is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) for RENEWAL PROJECTS ONLY for known or anticipated renewal funding opportunities through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), State of Florida (DCF), Hillsborough County, City of Tampa, or other funding sources, totaling an estimated $11,709,437 as listed below in the FY 2025 Eligible Renewals Projects and FY 2025 Eligible HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) Renewal sections.

 

Project proposals for new / expanded projects will NOT be accepted this year. 

 

The 2026 Universal Request for Proposals, to be released in the Spring of 2026, will require all agencies with current funded project(s), except for CoC and YHDP project renewals, to submit new project proposals, along with any agency seeking new or expanded project(s) funding.
