FL-501 CoC Program Local Competition Process

In response to the release of HUD’s FY 2026 CoC Program Funding Competition, THHI, as the designated Collaborative Applicant and CoC lead agency, is issuing this 2026 Universal Request for Proposals (RFP) – Addendum #1 with the FL-501 FY 2026 HUD CoC Program – Local Competition process

It is estimated that FL-501, the Tampa/Hillsborough County Continuum of Care, is eligible to apply, through the FY 2026 CoC Program Funding Competition, for $17,436,946.60 for new and renewal projects.

The Instructions for the 2026 Universal Request for Proposals – Addendum #1 - FL-501 CoC Program Local Competition Process contain all the information necessary for the selected new and renewal projects to complete the Local Competition Process, to include:

New Project Selection Process
List of Selected New Project Proposals eligible to submit New Project Application and amount approved for new project application
List of Eligible Renewal Projects and eligible renewal amount
Critical Dates and Deadlines
Renewal Project Performance Scoring Process and Criteria
Project Priority Strategy

The Complete FY 2026 HUD CoC and YHDP Application to include the Main Application, Project Priority Listing and All New and Renewal Application are due to HUD, via esnaps, by 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
