The CoC, led by THHI, is a collaboration of federal, state, and local government agencies, faith-based organizations, housing providers, non-profit agencies, and businesses working together to develop strategies to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Hillsborough County.

During Antoinette’s tenure at THHI, the community has experienced:

6% reduction in the total homelessness.
