HOMELESS YOUTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY/HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY
The Tampa/Hillsborough County Continuum of Care's Unaccompanied Youth Committee is seeking the voice of the Unaccompanied Youth to help our community better understand Youth who are experiencing homelessness and their needs.
This survey is designed for Homeless Youth (ages 16-24 who do not reside with a parent or legal guardian; includes youth who may be pregnant and/or have children.
Please note that the survey will be anonymous, unless the Youth chooses to provide contact information to receive follow up assistance and/or information about the Youth Action Board.
