CoC SYSTEM PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

Continuum of Care (CoC) System Performance Measures were designed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to measure how well communities function as one whole, integrated, and coordinated system in making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring. 

Below you will find more information on these measures, as well as some data to show everyone how we're doing as a system of care.

There are currently SIX measures in use:

Length of Time People Remain in Homelessness

Number of people entering homelessness for the first time

Rate at which people who exit homelessness return to being homelessness
